BRITNEY SPEARS

Britney's wavy hair.
Britney Spears new look for her album Circus is setting a trend for the holiday season. Her long cascading waves are getting a lot of requests. There are a couple of ways to achieve this look.
After shampooing your hair, towel dry. Apply a setting product. I like Judaysia Mousse. It gives your hair all day or night hold without being sticky or stiff. It is perfect for waves. Comb the mousse through from scalp to ends. Blow dry hair. When dry you can choose one of these methods…
Part hair in the middle.  Take small one inch sections and using a large barrel curling iron curl hair in a candle stick wrap starting from the ends and rolling up toward the scalp. Release hair and do not touch it until you have done the whole head and the curls have cooled. When cool, release them with your fingers. Gently run your fingers through your hair starting at the top and working your way to the ends. Spray with Judaysia VS Shaper Hairspray or Extra Hold Platinum Hairspray.
You can also use a small barrel iron and follow the directions the same as above.
Another method is to pin curl your hair. Use roller clippies. After drying part your hair in the middle. Take one inch sections and make a pin curl by rolling the hair from the ends to the scalp. Clip in place. Spray with Judaysia VS Shaper Hair Spray. Heat pin curls up with your blow dryer. Leave your hair up 20-30 minutes intermittently using the blow dryer. When set and cool remove clippies. Run your fingers through your hair to release. Spray hair again.
This method will give your hair more staying power. In my book Make Your Hair Sexy In 15 Minutes you will get a free video that shows step-by-step how to do this look.
